It deals role and qualities of a hospital administrator; planning, communication, information systems, decision-making, monitoring, time management and meetings; hospital structure, committees, planning and design; and the distinctive requirements of a nature-cure hospital. Students study clinical and supportive services, nursing, casualty, disaster preparedness, outpatient and day-care services, diagnostics, medical records, human resources, materials, finance, costing and health economics. Quality management, medical audit, infection control, ethics, hospital law and the Consumer Protection Act are also included.
